O.R.P. S.r.l. was founded in 1995 as a workshop specializing in grinding precision parts for injection molds.
Over the years, it has implemented production with all the processes necessary to provide the finished product ( deep drilling, turning, milling, grinding and lapping) and specialized in the production of round mold components, mainly in the areas of Packaging, Plastic Caps and Closures, Medical, Cosmetic.
The full range of machining offered has also enabled the company to expand into other fields such as: energy, aeronautics, packaging machinery and general mechanical parts to drawing.
Established as an artisan company, today O.R.P. S.r.l. employs a select staff, prepared and competent staff that with the help of valuable collaborators of proven experience create a benchmark in the realization of a high-quality product.
Since 2000, O.R.P. S.r.l. has chosen to certify its quality system, obtaining in the same year the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification

Production of components for the pharmaceutical industry includes mold elements that produce single-dose drug containers, capsules with flip, pharmaceutical bottles, and caps with child safety.
Production of components for the cosmetics industry includes elements for molds that produce perfume caps, creams, perfume dispensers, nail polishes and other make-up items .
The production of components for the caps and closures industry includes mold elements that produce containers for the food beverages, caps for everyday use such as those for water and soft drink bottles, coffee capsules, spray lids, test tubes and various jars.
Production also includes a number of special items for a variety of sectors. The construction of individual components takes place completely in the in-house workshop where each individual part is scrupulously checked and dimensionally verified in the tolerances of couplings and slides by experienced and qualified operators and technicians. Much attention is given to matching materials and heat treatments to customer requirements as they as they greatly affect the durability and reliability over time of the component and thus the mold itself.
The staff ‘s focus on and constant awareness of quality ensures continuous improvement.
In addition to the equipment of standard measuring instruments for all operators, subjected to constant calibration, additional checks are carried out in a special metrology room.
